- Full SOPs written and documented
- Loom walkthroughs filmed for each SOP

- Systems and tools cleaned up
- 30 days of transition support — available for questions, adjustments, and two check-in calls as your team starts using everything
- 6-month check-in call to see how things are holding up and refine anything that's evolved
